Santa, I Want Toyota Corolla for Christmas

December 4, 2008

Christmas spirit is on the air, holiday season is fast approaching.  Whether you are a 6-years old kid or a 36 years old man with kids, we want to receive a gift for Christmas.  I still remember, when I was a little kid I used to write to Santa of what I want to receive for Christmas.  Well, this time I want to blog to Santa that I want Toyota Corolla for Christmas.

Why I want Toyota Corolla?  I know that most of you would wish to have flashy cars like Ferrari and Audi, but these flashy cars would also mean flashy price.  For me, I would like settle for a sedate car like the 2009 Toyota Corolla because of its efficiency, dependability and practicability.

Santa, here are the key features of 2009 Toyota Corolla that I want so much:

  • Driving performance and solid fuel economy

Toyota Corolla features two engine options, as well as several different transmissions that deliver pleasing driving performance.  The EPA estimates fuel economy for the Corolla’s 1.8-liter engine is 27 mpg city and 35 mpg on highway regardless of the transmission. Toyota Corolla functions extremely well as a commuter car with its comfortable, controlled ride.

  • Safety

The 2009 Toyota Corolla offers high crash test ratings and a strong list of safety features.  It received four-star rating for front impact; five-star rating for front side impact and four-star rating for front rear impact.

  •  Comfort and Quality

Toyota has built its brand around high-quality and supremely reliable cars, and the 2009 Toyota Corolla is no exception. According to some reviews at thecarconnection.com, 2009 Toyota Corolla has “plenty of space for children and just enough room for adults.”  It also has admirable noise suppression which most car reviewers agree that “must be the quietest car in its class, with less wind noise than many luxury cars.”

So, dear Santa I hope you’d read this blog and buy me a 2009 Toyota Corolla for Christmas.  By the way, I had been nice this year.
