Eye Catching Eye Makeup
January 22, 2009
I truly believe that our eye is the window of our soul, and it is as well our best as asset. You may contradict me by saying the eye is too chinky or too big, or whatever fault you find in your eyes but I will still remain in my opinion that your eyes is your best asset. All it needed is a little enhancement; adorn it with the proper combination of eye makeup color and your eyes will surely shine.
The secret of having a stunning eye makeup is the proper combination of colors. There are combinations of colors that would give eyes a drama or playful flirty appeal. For instance, a mix of silver, rust and gold would give your eyes a dramatic and a little bit of a rock ‘n roll feel. A hint of silver in the corner of your eye would make it look bigger and more expressive.
There are rule that some people apply in applying eye makeup, but I would rather say, “Rules are made to be broken.” If you look good in a particular combination of color, why on earth you have refrain from applying it. If love bright colors then go for it, these powerful hues of color can make you look hot. Who cares about rules if feel good about it. If you are too confident on having vivid colors in your makeup, you may try combining them with neutral color to make it safe.
If you don’t type of eye makeup would look good on you try experimenting or asking advice from your friends who have knowledge and good taste in makeup. Observing is another good thing, observe what color combination are good to others and try it yourself to see if it is good for you too. But then, don’t go for it because it is the trend or a model or an actress is using it. You have feel good in using it, that is what more important than anything else.
