Protect Your Home with Fingerprint Lock
February 4, 2009I’ll bet you are already familiar with Fingerprint lock technology. This hi-tech home security system was popularized by many spy-themed movies such as James Bond. Fingerprint lock is so popular with apartments and home owners nowadays because it can provide ultimate home technology. This technology is also known as keyless lock or biometric locks; it utilizes fingerprint identification as the major locking mechanism.
I have been reading testimonials of home owners that have been using fingerprint lock on their homes. According to their testimonials, fingerprint lock or keyless locks is much more efficient than using the traditional padlocks and keys. For instance, fingerprint locks cannot be duplicated easily unlike the traditional keys that can be duplicated by paying a locksmith a few dollars. Traditional keys can also be easily misplaced or lost especially for elderly, who are suffering memory gap or memory loss, whereas, fingerprints cannot be misplaced or lost except when you try chop-off your fingers. Have you experience losing your fingerprints? I’ll bet that never happens to anyone. And of course with fingerprint lock, there is a very slim chance of your fingerprints being stolen. The only chance of your fingerprints stolen is when somebody would chop-off your fingers from your hands, which, on my opinion only happens on movies.
Fingerprint lock is very ideal for homes that have elderly or children living. Another good thing about fingerprint lock is that they can be programmed and reprogrammed to allow and disallow access to anyone during specified period of time. This latest breakthrough in security is dependable and affordable.
